PROJECT MANAGEMENT & CONSTRUCTION

Project Management & Construction Services are provided for both new facilities and space renovations. Project Managers work with deans, directors, and department representatives. These services are performed in association with the Campus Planning department. Design firms are retained and construction contracts are awarded. Project Managers oversee the construction process to ensure that the new facilities satisfy all requirements. The Project Management phases often include:
